The System Support line with K U Sistem Sdn. Bhd. was where her career path began. For 2 years she had been involved with cabling, installation, and configuration of computers, AutoCAD systems, and not limited to the network.
Other employment was with UNIKL – IIM, as a Corporate Trainer. Her main job function was to teach and at the same time handling support using her previous experience. As a trainer, she taught various computer subjects such as Application courses, networking; which include troubleshooting, cabling
and installation of Computer Network, Math subjects for Pre-Diploma, and other modules as needed by the Academy.
With more than 15 years’ experience in conducting training for various government and corporate customers, she has always managed to get very good feedback from her participants.
Mr. Nehru is a well-known success coach and trainer, having trained more than 40,000 professionals in successful project management and execution, project leadership and teambuilding. His trademark

Nik Muhammad is an ambitious entrepreneur and both academician and practitioner. He has been doing Project Planning & Control training for both government & private organisation, from JKR Cawangan Projek Kompleks (PROKOM), CIDB, AZRB to personal coaching for senior manager. He too, under NuReign Sdn. Bhd., has personally be the project planning and project recovery advisor for various projects. He is the lead Project Planner overseeing all other NuReign’s planners stationed at various projects.
Many years of experiences in the legal department of various MNCs have lead me to be a successful corporate consultant and being in this field have given her the capabilities to identify the gaps in skills in terms of demands and supplies.
